What does acampus captain do?
A Campus Captain is the community's official representative at their college. You are not a volunteer who shows up occasionally. You are a mini-founder for your campus.
Your job is one thing: make Clstr Vizag real for your college. Recruit students, onboard clubs, run campus activations, and be the person every student at your college associates with the community.

- Drive signups at your college toward the 2,000-user milestone. Your campus, your mission.
- Club onboarding
- Bring every active club at your college onto the Clstr platform.
- Campus activations
- Run weekly WhatsApp broadcasts, poster campaigns, and in-person activations.
- Domain team
- Build and lead a team of 5 domain leads under you - each owning a community pillar.
- Community reporting
- Weekly update to the Ambassador Program Manager. Five minutes, one message.
What campuscaptains get
Stipend
₹2,000 - ₹3,000 per month. Paid monthly, based on activity and milestone progress.

Verified Campus Captain badge on your profile. Featured on the website and Instagram. Named in the annual impact report.

- ✕You cannot commit consistently for at least three months
- ✕You expect to be told what to do every day - this role needs ownership, not compliance
